If the customer does not meet for the assignment, you can register this on the Task Page.
It is important that was 100% certain that everything was agreed, as a fee will be deducted from the customer for not showing up.
Feel free to check the following:
- Was the start time of the assignment set?
- Was the job confirmed?
- Has anything more been said in the chat?
- Have you tried to contact the customer by chat, SMS and phone?
