It’s never nice to receive a complaint on your work. Sometimes accidents happen and you know what to do, while other times you disagree with the storyline and don’t understand the problem.
By being a verified tasker on Luado we expect you to be able to handle your own complaints. You are responsible for the tasks you perform through Luado, og with that comes customer service. If we don't experience that you are taking responsibility, a consequence can be blocking of your profile.
Luckily, this happens rarely, and most often the taskers are experts at delivering excellent customer service! Remember that these customers have chosen you to complete the job - that is something to be proud of.
So, what happens when things don't go as planned?
We expect you to attempt to solve the case directly with the customer. You can read some suggested solutions here. If you think it's difficult we're always here to help, just contact us with your preferred communication-method.
If we get contacted by the customer directly we'll always call you to discuss what should be done.
We all know that complaints will happen from time to time, and the most important part for us is that we collaborate and find a solution that works for both parts.
Your rights
Remember that you always have the right to go back on the task to adjust the mistakes (if your competence is good enough).
The customer has the right to hold back the payment until the problem is solved by rejecting the job as completed on the jobsite.
