Your concerns will be taken seriously and treated confidentially. If you feel that you are in danger, we want you to contact the emergency services as soon as possible.
You can do this in the following situations:
If you feel threatened
If you experience a threatening situation, we want you to report the incident to us so we can investigate and take further action. You should also report it to the police if you are concerned so that they can assist outside Luado. If it is urgent or there is an emergency; call the emergency services.
If you feel bullied
If someone has behaved in a way that has made you uncomfortable, we recommend that you do not respond to them and report to us by contacting us here.
Our team will then follow up the case and take action if required.
If a user is rude
Our common guidelines are based on respect. If someone comments on something irrelevant / unkind let us know. We have a team that will follow up the reporting and take the right action.
It can also be an option to let them know how you feel, and if they do not change their behavior, you can report it to us. We can then communicate with the other person on your behalf and assist to complete the assignment.
If a user violates our common guidelines
It is important that both parties are familiar with our common guidelines and how they can affect you and your customer. If you experience discrimination, bribery or other violations of our guidelines - feel free to contact us, so we can follow up.
