- If any damage / defects in the product sold by IKEA (not caused by tasker or you), you must claim the current product to the IKEA Customer Service Centre.
- If incorrect furniture has been delivered or damage has occurred during transport, IKEA Customer Service Centre

- In case of delayed delivery, we ask you to arrange a new date for the task, on the Task Page.
- If the tasker has damaged the furniture, he/she shall contact IKEA directly for guidance via their own hot-line number. Tasker have received this number before any IKEA tasks, and must have this number available, otherwise he can contact us.
