Therefore, our desire is that you first get in touch with your tasker to inform that you're not happy with the task. That said, we are always available to help, and we don't want any of our customers to feel like they're standing alone. We're here for you!
The complaint process:
- For a quick and seamless process, we appreciate that you fill this form.
- The Luado-team will process your inquiry as quickly as possible. We have a goal to get back to you within 24 hours.
- We get in touch with the responsible tasker (if applicable).
- We get in touch with you to suggest a solution.
We have a few requirements for using this process:
- The task is ordered and confirmed through Luado's platform.
- Luado's terms and conditions have been followed.
- The complaint is sent to us/the tasker within 14 days from completed task.
