If the task is lasting over several days, we have some tips you can follow:
- The task will most likely be archived as the correct actions have not been taken at the Task Page. We recommend that it's kept as archived until you have completed the task. Feel free to give us a message so we can note that the task is under control.
- Log the number of hours, times and any expenses / supplements per day in chat or another written place, so that both parties at all times agree on the details.
- Activate the task again when it's close to the end, and set the end date with the total number of hours. If the task has taken more than 16 hours, you can (as a tasker) report the hours to us at Customer Service, and we will enter and inform the buyer.
Ps! If there are disagreements about details, you have to resolve this yourself. However, we can retrieve relevant data if it is helpful (for example order confirmation etc.).
