Luado works actively for a strong and well-functioning community, and therefore highlights the taskers who meet customers' expectations through, for example, ratings, reviews and repurchases. At the same time, we also act on negative deviations which in the extreme consequence can lead to a warning and / or exclusion from the platform.
Here are our top tips for you:
Increase your profile strength:
A well-filled profile gives you a better ranking, and therefore increases your chances of getting jobs via Luado. If you have no previous jobs / experiences on the platform, references from other jobs are a way to make the customer confident that you have the necessary experience and competence for their job.
For some services, Luado may require detailed documentation of competence.
Check and increase your profile strength here.
Be available:
To get jobs via Luado, you must make yourself available in your job calendar, on your profile. That way, you decide for yourself when you want to be available for assignments. Luado's model works so that we connect the customer's assignment directly with the tasker who have the right competence and free time in their calendar.
It is therefore not allowed to cancel an assignment that has been confirmed, without a valid reason, such as illness or other factors you do not control. Cancellations are followed up continuously by Luado, and affect your profile strength and ranking on Luado.
Quick response:
Respond quickly to new orders you receive, and follow up the customer via the chat function. Lack of follow-up will lead to poorer profile strength and ranking.
Illness and other disorders:
Cancellation of work must be made in good time and with relevant reason, and no later than 6 hours before the start time in the event of illness. If deviations are acute and you can not apply for assignments, be service-minded, and suggest a few new times for the customer.
Acute cancellations must be valid (illness, unforeseen events). An important part of being a Luado tasker is being able to provide good service. Remember that the customers have chosen you for their assignment, and it is therefore important to meet as agreed.
Customers have often set aside time to be available (away from work, commitments, etc.), and you are booked as someone to help during the agreed time.
If the job can't be moved, we ask you to contact customer service soon, so that we can assist in solving the customer's needs in the best possible way.
Take responsibility for the job you do:
You are responsible for the work you do for the customers. If the customer is not satisfied with the job performed, you are responsible for finding a good solution that helps the customer be satisfied.
All communication and payment must be made via the Luado platform.
